Note: CAUSE LOSS OF RETENTION. the NVR, NVRR, NVSR registers and retentive user structs are reset. The predefined variables (parameter registers) are initialized to the default value. At switch on then the values contained in RTE.CFG and/or LOSTREG .STP and/or LOSTRNA.STP are imposed by RTE. A save of the retentive registers is recommended using the SAVE/LOAD variables tool available in RDE3

VARIANT(OS) : BCC3 on TCP : enabled "TCP keepalive" in the BCC3 server management of the "netint" simulation. It is used to close the connection ex officio in case the BCC3 client is no longer reachable. It uses the default timeout time, which is currently 60 seconds.

IMPLEMENTATION: SYS_CFG: In order to separate configuration flags from debug flags, a new retentive parameter intended to hold configuration flags was added. The bits were moved from SYS_FLAG to SYS_CFG but kept the same position.

IMPLEMENTATION: TRANSDUCERS on INTERIAL REGISTERS : Added handling to be able to cycle 0 to micro, in order to aid sw debugging when used for real axis emulation
