id = Robox station number

ce = Emergency Message Code (Emergency Error Code)

ee = Error Register

p1,p2,p3,p4,p5 = Manufacturer Specific error field

Before RTE 33.21.12 the alarm name was "19#nAx CAN ws <id> fault <code>" where code represented the error code
