Allows the language for alarm stack and alarm history management to be set.
At switch on, RTE according to the selected language searches the CF for the presence of alarm files related to the selected language.
These files are SYS_ALARM_FILE (contained in etc/hw/rte/alsys) for system alarms and USER_ALARM_FILE for user alarms. They must be present on the CF.
Through project configurator it is possible to specify both the language and the relative path to the text files on the development PC.
