Conditions the execution of commands according to the version number.

The commands are:

•_IFVS version : definition start block

•_ELSEVS version : definition end block/start alternate block

•_ENDVS version : definition end normal block/end alternate block

Nesting is allowed up to a maximum of 32 levels.
