Input/Output Word

5 INPUT WORDS and 5 (4 unused) OUTPUT WORDS, allocated to the module as follows:

4 INP_W correspond to the measured values of the thermocouple channel. The last INP_W corresponds to the measured value of the cold junction.

The first OUT_W corresponds to the measured value specified for the cold junction. The last 4 OUT_W are not used.
