Axioline F, Temperature sensing module, Analog inputs: 8 (8 inputs for thermocouples or linear voltage, additionally 1 input -5 V to +5 V), Connection technique: 2 conductors (shielded twisted pair), Transmission rate in the local bus 100 MBit/s, IP20 degree of protection.
NOTE: Only some information in the module data sheet is given below. Please refer to the data sheet itself for more details.
Connections
Input/Output Word
The module is allocated 9 INPUT WORD and 9 OUTPUT WORD:
The first 8 INP_W correspond to the thermocouple inputs.
The ninth INP_W corresponds to the +5V/-5V analog input.
Of the nine OUT_W, only the first one is used, in case "Process data" is parameterized as the cold junction type (see table "Parameterization word")

NOTE: By setting Process date, the cold junction temperature is determined by an external device. This temperature should be transferred to the module via the first OUTPUT WORD associated with it. The IB IL format with a resolution of 0.1°C should be used.
Data format, mounting position
The data format indicates the correspondence between the channel values provided by the modules, and thus present in the input and/or output words of the control, and the corresponding read/write measurement value with its corresponding unit of measurement.
All word values in the table are in decimal format.

Range from +1000 to -1000. The unit value of the word equals the set resolution. E.g. if I have default resolution, then INP_W = 1 corresponds to reading 0.1°C (or 1 μV if I have linear voltage sensor) |

Example
I want to configure channel 8 of axioline module (r.id 0 slot 1) as follows: Linear voltage sensor type, 10 μV resolution, external cold junction - PT100 - connector 1, 100 ms filter. The value of the Parameterization word will be: 0x1250 To give the parameterization I use from shell the command AXIO_WOBJ: AXIO_WOBJ 0 1 0x80 8 0x1250 |
