Input/Output Word
The module is allocated 2 INPUT WORD and 2 OUTPUT WORD:
The 16 bits of the first INP_W correspond to the first 16 digital inputs (BIT 0 -> INP 1).
The 16 bits of the second INP_W correspond to the second 16 digital inputs (BIT 0 -> INP 17)
The two OUT_Ws are not used.
