The module is allocated 1 INPUT WORD and 1 OUTPUT WORD:
The first 8 bits of the OUT_W correspond to the 8 digital outputs (BIT 0 -> OUT 1).
The first 8 bits of the INP_W correspond to the 8 digital inputs (BIT 0 -> OUT 1)
