This command allows an external program (to RDE3) to be executed, displaying any output and detecting any output code.

Annotation:
•Program output code is normally 0 for normal term, different from 0 for abnormal term or causes errors.
•The -NW option does not allow any program output to be displayed.
•Use of the " (quotation marks) to specify the command is recommended to avoid different 'interpretations' by the command shell.
