This operation allows you to remove an existing object in the current workspace.

You must first open and select the workspace window, then search for and select the desired object.

Select the Delete command (or hotkey Del) to remove the object directly: a confirmation window will be displayed to which you must respond with Yes (or hotkey S)to actually delete the object, or No (or hotkey N) to cancel the operation.

CAUTION: removal of an object cannot be undone except by closing and reopening the workspace without saving.

NOTE: not all objects are manually removable; for example, editor-type objects must be closed explicitly.
