General
Improved new workspace creation window: improved base path selection and added ability to create workspace also in any user-defined folder.
Fixed problem 'Paste' command not always present on context menu of workspace window.
Added handling of RDE3 variables of type Timer and Counter, as defined in BCC/31 communications specification (document Version 3.0.58).
Fixed problems with the general wait window, from which hourglass cursors were removed.
Fixed general I/O diagnostic messaging.
Added user description management for all objects that can be created in the workspace, now displayed, where defined, on the title of each object's user interface, if any.
Changed title format for internal editor windows: now the full file path is no longer shown, only the name. However, a file properties window is available for each editor, where all information related to the file on disk is displayed, such as the full path, file size, last modified date and time, etc.

Added full support for developing Ladder Diagram type PLC programs, in addition to R3 programs on RTE.
Added reboot macro operation for connected device, directly from project
Removed general options page on RTE project properties and replaced with dedicated options, for each type of macro operation (make/rebuild and reboot), in the operation request window itself.
Internal ascii editor (AEDITOR extension).
Fixed problem undoing current selection, following external placements (like double click from messages in project window) and some internal placements (like request go to line...).
