This version is mainly concerned with fixing some bugs in Version 3.00-R96.

General
New Version of R 32bit compiler included, with fixed problem on too long file names (exceeding 50 characters) and other minor problems.
Changed names of default workspace BCC connections (on RS232): no longer com1 and com2, but called bcc1, bcc2, bcc3 and bcc4 (configured with COM1, COM2, COM3 and COM4 devices, respectively).
Fix access to "news" documentation, not working in previous Version.
NOTE: When reopening an existing workspace, all objects configured with standard com1 and com2 connections will need to be manually re-configured by selecting the corresponding bcc1 or bcc2 name. Any objects in the workspace having names bcc1, bcc2, bcc3 or bcc4 will still be loaded but with a different name (_renamed is added to the original name).
Shell commands (SHELL extension)
Fixed bug on shell command/device name search with mixed case (commands were not being correctly found unless having lower case).
Fixed bug on conversion of integer values (32bit) from base 16 (hexadecimal) to base 10 (decimal), especially on variable setting commands (SV and FV).
R project (RRT extension).
Fixed external R compiler activation procedure: now it is possible to install the compiler in any folder without problems, even having spaces within the folder path itself.
