Fixed execution directives and instructions for NMT commands (broken in version 33.14.0).

Fixed execution directives and instructions for SDO commands (broken in version 33.14.0).

The latter problem was only encountered if 0 was imposed in the CAN axis configuration as 'Robox station ID' (0=automatic assignment)
