General update to the accompanying electronic documentation.

Fix workspace loading bug: loading a workspace containing open editors, but of files not accessible (or not found), causes the workspace itself to fail to load. Now, such an editor is automatically ignored, after the corresponding warning message.

Added notification of presence of system messages (warning, error or internal error) by icon on the main status bar: pressing the icon clears the notification and automatically displays the system message window.

Added ability to specify on the command line the list of file names (or workspaces) to be automatically opened when starting RDE3: this feature can be used on Win32 platform for associating various file types directly with RDE3 for automatic opening.
