This operation activates the remote PC support service from Robox SpA.
The service, depending on the versions of RDE, can be provided through different platforms, such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk or others.
To activate this operation, select the Help/Remote support... command from the menu at the confirmation window, press Yes (or hot key S) to confirm and continue the operation or press No (or hotkey N) to cancel the current operation.
