The string table (STRINGS) consists of a number of consecutive ascii strings, each terminated the ascii character \0 (zero) and of variable size. The table must contain at least one character and must be \0, so that strings with offset 0 actually point to a null string.

The location (relative to the file) and size of the table are specified in the following fields, respectively, depending on where used:

by the HEADER.STRINGSOFF and HEADER.STRINGSSIZE fields, if used in ladder/diagram files.

by the fields LIVEHEADER.STRINGSOFF and LIVEHEADER.STRINGSSIZE, if used in live edits.
