This command will try to reset alarms on the device.
On success, a bccAck is received: it doest not means that alarms have been really reset, but to be sure you will have to check again with bccGetAlarm command.
On failure, a bccNack is received.
NOTE: this command is not supported by RTE (see bccAlarmSCmd).
